Cancelation Policy
- Tickets must be canceled 12 hours prior to the booking closing time.
- Only 85% of the bus fare will be refunded, and the convenience fee of Rs.82.50 will be forfeited along with the transaction cost, including bank charges and payment gateway charges charged at the time of the booking.
- If you have booked through an Agent, you will have to get the ticket cancelled through the same agent from which you had reserved the seats. Eseat.lk will not be responsible for refunds if the booking is done through an Agent.
- The bus fare will be deposited to your stated bank account within 5 working days.
- Tickets purchased via Booking Agents and Counters operated by Bus owners are subject to their own cancellation policy and refunds. If any refunds are due, they should be collected from the respective bus owners. Eseat.lk is not responsible for these refunds.
